Electronic patient Intake
Prior to your visit we send electronic patient intake forms. This avoids you having to arrive early to your appointment for paperwork and ensures we have everything we need to know how to help.
Easy Pay and Paperless Transactions
When you are ready to check out we accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Cash App Pay. Your receipt or invoice will be conveniently sent to your email.
