shoulder
Shoulder issues can affect a broad range of populations, from athletes to office workers. The complex shoulder anatomy makes it susceptible to injuries like rotator cuff tears, impingement, and frozen shoulder. These problems often impact athletes engaging in overhead sports and individuals with repetitive arm movements, but they can also affect those with poor posture or sedentary lifestyles. Physical therapy is a valuable intervention for all, helping to address specific issues, reduce pain, and enhance shoulder function, tailored to the individual's unique needs and lifestyle.

Do you offer manual therapy services (ex. Myofascial Cupping, Dry Needling, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilizations) on its own?We do not offer services a la carte. Manual therapy should not be seen as a quick fix for a particular injury or condition. We firmly believe in addressing the root cause of your problem through the combination of manual therapy including exercise which has the greatest benefit in allowing you to recover faster and return to your desired level of activity, whether that's a recreational sport/activity or your everyday tasks!

A typical timeline of recovery seems to be within a couple of days to a few weeks or a couple of months depending on the severity of the injury.
