Dr. Amir Esmaeili is a highly skilled Doctor of Physical Therapy with over a decade of experience helping patients move better, feel stronger, and return to doing what they love. A proud graduate of UT Health San Antonio, Dr. Esmaeili earned his DPT in 2010 and went on to complete an advanced residency and fellowship in orthopedic manual physical therapy—an achievement that earned him the distinction of Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT).
With a strong background in orthopedic, manual, and neurorehabilitation, Dr. Esmaeili brings a hands-on, patient-centered approach to care. He is also certified in Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) for adults with hemiplegia, giving him specialized expertise in helping individuals recover after stroke or neurological injury.
Whether he’s guiding an athlete through post-surgical rehab or helping someone regain confidence after an injury, Dr. Esmaeili is passionate about delivering personalized, evidence-based care that promotes long-term health and performance.
